We have over 7,500 acres of some of the best hunting Texas has to offer.
The private ranch is located near Burnet, Texas, in the heart of the
Edwards Plateau Region of the
Texas Hill Country. Our game animals include Whitetail Deer, Rio
Grande Turkey and Wild Feral Hogs. On our whitetail hunts, you'll
come to learn why Texas is the #1 destination for whitetail deer hunting.
Hunters will see numerous bucks and does each day. Trophy class
whitetails are a possibility on every hunt. Feeders and tower blinds are
strategically located throughout the ranch. This is a true free range,
fair chase hunt on wild game. No high fenced hunting here!
If
Exotic game is what you are interested in, we have over several desirable
species including Blackbuck antelope, Axis deer, Scimitar Horned
Oryx, Fallow deer, Aoudad sheep, Mouflon, Corsican and Black Hawaiian
sheep. Most of these exotics will easily qualify for SCI, ROE and other
record books. We also have limited hunting available for some species of
Super Exotics, like Water Buffalo and American Bison. Our exotic hunting
packages include your trophy animal plus a hog, so you'll be sure to leave the
ranch with some great table fare.
The Texas Hill Country is widely known as one of the best places in the
state for Rio Grande Turkey hunting. The ranch is loaded with mature toms
and we expect a banner season in the spring of 2004. Our 2 day hunt
includes two toms.
Hog
hunting is largely a group affair. If you would like to put a group of bow
hunters, youth or a company retreat together on a beautiful ranch
absolutely loaded with wild feral hogs, we have the hunt for you. There is
no season set for hog hunting, you may hunt them year round. We run near
100% success on hog hunts. Off season hog hunting is a fun way to get away for a few days and
the chance of taking a real trophy boar is high. The meat on wild hogs
makes great table fare.
We cater to family, group, Corporate and Youth hunters. We offer several
